Thought of the Day
Have you seen the billboards or bumper stickers from KSBJ, the Christian radio station here in town? They are pretty cool. One of them just said, “God Listens”, another one said, “God Cares”. Great words of wisdom, I think. I recently saw a list of some other actual bumper stickers. Some were pretty funny. Here are some of them.
It is as bad as you think and they are out to get you.
Where there’s a will, I want to be in it.
Few women admit their age; fewer men act it.
Always remember that you are unique, just like everyone else.
Be nice to your kids. They might choose your nursing home.
There are three kinds of people: those who can count and those who can’t.
I kind of like that last one. I also kind of love the one that says, “God Cares”. I love it because it reminds me that no matter what, God cares. I can go to Him with my troubles and my pain and He will listen because He cares. Never forget that.
